The Working Weekend this year falls on the late May Bank Holiday, from Friday, May 24th to Monday, May 27th. As we say every year, all are welcome, and whether you wrestle with brambles or chat with visitors, everyone who comes along has an equal part to play in the preservation of the crater and the sharing of our message of welcome.
In addition to tending to the new growth and addressing any work required on the benches and the cross, we also hope to replace all the labyrinth panels with refurbished ones – more details on that will be provided nearer the time.
As usual, we will be in touch again via Facebook and the Google Group email in the few weeks prior to the Working Weekend to get some idea of numbers and to organize the tasks we have planned.
